We want shopping at The Rug Lady to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often:
🚚 Do you ship rugs?
Yes — within our local service area (about a 25-mile radius from our Henderson showroom). Choose from:
• In-Store Pickup (FREE)
• Curbside Pickup (FREE)
• Local Delivery by The Rug Lady — $25 flat fee per order
• UPS/FedEx Local Shipping — $25 flat fee per order
You’ll get a scheduled delivery window or tracking (and for high-value orders we may require a signature). We don’t offer nationwide shipping at this time.
📅 How does pickup work?

Arrive at our showroom (1300 Wigwam Pkwy, Door M8, Henderson NV)

We’ll have your rug ready — and even unroll it for you to approve before taking it home
🔄 What if I don’t like the rug I ordered online?
No problem! You can:

Exchange it for another rug in our showroom

Take a store credit with no expiry date

Request a full refund (for online orders only)
Our team will even help you find the right size, color, or style from our constantly updated selection.
🏬 Can I return or exchange a rug I bought in-store?

In-store purchases are exchange only within 14 days

If you don’t find a replacement right away, we’ll issue a lifetime store credit
💳 What forms of payment do you accept?
