Welcome to The Rug Lady (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We’re excited to help you find the perfect rug. Please review these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before making a purchase—our goal is to keep everything clear and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
• Please keep your account details secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us right away and we’ll help.
Orders & Payment
• Placing an order lets us know you’d like to buy—orders are accepted once we confirm them.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
• On rare occasions (e.g., suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors), we may limit or cancel an order. If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly and refund the original payment method.
3. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are shown in USD and may change from time to time.

Promotions, coupons, or discounts can’t be combined unless explicitly stated.

Discounts and promotions aren’t redeemable for cash.
4. Shipping, Local Shipping & Pickup

Pickup: In-Store Pickup (free) and Curbside Pickup (free).

Local Shipping: Flat $25 per order within our service area via UPS/FedEx.

Local shipping goes to the front door/curb (houses) or lobby/receiving area (apartments/condos). A signature may be required for high-value orders.

We’ll share tracking when available and do our best to meet estimated delivery windows. Risk of loss transfers once a carrier marks the package delivered or an order is picked up from our showroom.

For curbside pickup, our team can place items into your vehicle, but we’re not able to strap or secure them for safety reasons.

Carrier delays can happen despite everyone’s best efforts; once tendered to UPS/FedEx, timing is outside our direct control.
Hold Times for Pickup
• Ready-for-pickup orders are held for 7 days. Just contact us and we’ll try to accommodate.
6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your rug. Returns/exchanges are welcome within 7 days on unused rugs with original tags and receipt.

Clearance, sale, or final-sale items aren’t eligible for return.

Local shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.

Please bring returns/exchanges to our showroom.

Product Information & Color Variations
• Sizes are approximate; slight variations are normal for textiles.
• Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.
• Shedding and loose fibers are natural for many rug constructions and are not defects.
• Follow care instructions; damage from improper cleaning isn’t covered.
Gift Cards & Store Credit (if applicable)
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Treat like cash.
Prohibited Uses
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe IP rights, transmit malicious code, or scrape/misuse site data.
Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to The Rug Lady and may not be used without permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
We may link to or use third-party services (e.g., UPS/FedEx). Their content and policies are their own; please review them if you have questions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rug Lady won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rug Lady from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Nevada law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The updated Terms are effective when posted.
